Not sure what you need?

Tell Us What the Car Is Doing

Match what you see to the right service. If you're still not sure, call and describe it. We'll sort it out on the phone.

It clicks when you turn the key, or the dash lights are weak

Try a jump start. If it starts, then dies again soon, you likely need a tow to a shop.

The engine cranks fine but won't catch

A jump won't help here. It's usually fuel or spark. Ask for a tow, or fuel delivery if the tank is empty.

Your keys are inside and the doors are locked

That's a car lockout. If the keys are lost or broken, you need a new key made, so it's a tow to a dealer or locksmith.

One flat tire, and you have a spare

A flat tire change. No spare, a flat spare or two flats means a tow to a tire shop.

The gas gauge hit empty and the engine quit

Fuel delivery. An electric car that ran out of charge needs a tow to a charger instead.

You're stuck in snow, mud or a shallow ditch

A winch-out. If the car is damaged or won't drive after, we switch you to a tow.

Warning lights, smoke, a strange noise, or it just won't drive

Pull over, turn it off and ask for a tow. Don't push it to the next exit.

The Same Seven Promises, Whatever Broke

A jump start gets the same check-ins, driver card and locked price as a tow. The 4-side photos are for tows, since that's when your car is hooked up and moved.

Read the details on the Stay-With-You Promise page.

  1. We stay with you. From your call until the truck arrives, we check on you by text.

  2. See your driver before they arrive. You get their name, photo and truck by text, and you can track your truck on a map.

  3. Your family knows too. Give us one number, and we text them your location and arrival time.

  4. Photo-protected tow. Before hookup, your driver photographs all 4 sides of your vehicle. We text you the photos.

  5. Price locked by text. You get your price by text before we dispatch. That price is the most you pay for the job. If the job changes, we text a new price first and you decide.

  6. Never stranded after. Ride along in the truck when it's safe and allowed, or we help you get a ride. We also point you to a good repair shop.

  7. Free Sentinel Circle. After your first job, your vehicle is on file. Next time, just text "TOW" for priority dispatch.

Questions

Questions About Our Services

What does light-duty mean?

It means everyday passenger vehicles: cars, SUVs, minivans and light pickups. Big trucks, buses, RVs and loaded work trucks need heavy tow trucks. We don't handle those.

Why don't you tow motorcycles?

Bikes need special gear to move safely. We'd rather do fewer jobs and do them right. If your bike breaks down, call a company that tows motorcycles every day.

Can you tow my car to my house?

Yes, if it's a local trip. Tell us where it should go on the call: your home, your own shop, or a shop we suggest. Your texted price covers that trip.

What if the job turns out to be different?

Say a jump doesn't start the car and it needs a tow. We text you a new price first. You say yes or no. Nothing extra happens without your OK.
