Why we started
The Tow Is Rarely the Worst Part
Ask anyone who's been stuck on the side of the road. The worst part usually isn't the tow. It's the hour before it. You're cold or hot, your phone is dying, and you don't know who's coming, when, or what it will cost.
Tow companies are good at moving cars. Many are small, busy shops, built to answer the phone and drive. Checking on you by text, sending a driver photo and locking a price in writing isn't what they're set up for.
That's the gap we fill. Sentinel handles everything around the tow, and a vetted local partner handles the tow itself. You get both, under one Stay-With-You Promise.
Why "Sentinel"?
A sentinel is a guard who keeps watch while others rest. That's the job we signed up for: stay alert, keep you posted, and don't leave until help arrives.

Things We Won't Do
A new name has to earn trust. These are the lines we've drawn for ourselves.
- Fake reviewsNo made-up reviews, star ratings or customer counts. When real reviews come, they'll be real.
- Pretend to be the tow companyWe say plainly on every page that a local partner does the job.
- Sell your numberYour mobile number and your text consent are never sold or shared for anyone's marketing.
- Send an unchecked truckNo partner gets a job before showing proof of insurance and licensing.

Sentinel Towing is run by OspreySOL Consulting Inc. OspreySOL is a British Columbia company that does business as Osprey Solutions. Our office is at Unit B, 2810 48 Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 3R4, Canada. That's an office, not a tow yard.
We're signing up partner tow companies city by city across the US and Canada. City pages will list the areas we cover as partners join. Until then, call. If we don't have a partner near you yet, we'll tell you right away.
