Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what we need to get you help and keep you posted. The tow company doing your job gets what it needs for that job. We never sell your information.

Who We Are
Sentinel Towing is run by OspreySOL Consulting Inc. OspreySOL Consulting Inc. is a British Columbia company that does business as Osprey Solutions. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean OspreySOL Consulting Inc. and Sentinel Towing.
Sentinel Towing is a towing and roadside network. We match drivers with vetted local partner tow companies. Each partner is its own business. Read how it works.
What We Collect
When you call, text or send a request
- Your name, mobile number and, if you choose, your email
- Where you are: an address, cross streets or a spot on a highway
- Your vehicle: year, make, model and color
- What went wrong, where the car should go, and who needs a ride
- Anything else you tell us, like a note about kids, pets or a garage
Our online form also sends the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the site that sent you, and ad tags in the link, like utm codes or a Google click ID.
During your job
- The 4 photos of your vehicle taken before a tow
- The texts you send us and the texts we send you
- One family member's number, if you give it to us
For the Sentinel Circle
After your first job, we keep your name, number and vehicle details on file, so next time you can just text TOW. Ask us anytime to delete them.
From partner drivers
When a partner driver is on a Sentinel job, our job link collects their name, photo, truck details and the location of their phone while they're on the way. We use it only to show the customer who's coming and where the truck is.
When a tow company applies
The partner form asks for the business name, a contact name, phone, email, city, state or province, truck count, services and insurance status.
What your browser keeps
This site stores ad tags and the first page you visited in your browser's session storage, so they can be sent with a form. It clears when you close the tab. On our live website, we use Google Analytics to count visits and calls from the site, and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use our pages, like clicks, taps and scrolling. Both set cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
How We Use It
- To price your job and text or call you with that price
- To find the nearest available partner and send them the job
- To send your driver card, tracking link, photos and check-ins
- To text your family member your location and arrival time, if you ask us to
- To handle problems, like a bill that doesn't match your texted price
- To review partner applications
- To see which pages and ads bring people in, so we can improve the site
Texts and Consent
Texting is optional. We text you only if you say yes on the phone, tick the text message box on our online form, or text us first. Texts come from Sentinel Towing's number and are about your tow or roadside job: your price, your driver card, your tracking link, photos and check-ins. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. If you don't opt in, we'll call you instead.
We never sell or share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their marketing. That includes our partner tow companies, affiliates and any other third party. Partners never receive your text consent.
If you give us a family member's number, we text that person about your job only. They can reply STOP at any time. We never use their number for marketing.
Who We Share It With
- The partner tow company doing your job. They get your name, phone number, location, vehicle, the problem and the drop-off spot, so they can do the job. They may call you about that job only. They may not market to you.
- Service providers. Companies that host our website and forms, run our phone and text systems, store our customer records and show maps. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it. For example, a valid court order.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent it or trade it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep job records while we need them to serve you and handle any follow-up, like a damage claim, and for as long as tax or other laws require after that. Then we delete them or make them anonymous. Sentinel Circle details stay on file until you ask us to delete them.
Your Choices
- Ask to see the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, unless the law says we must keep it.
- Stop texts anytime by replying STOP.
To do any of these, call or text 1-888-TOW-1213 or email tyson@osprey.solutions. We'll confirm who you are before we share or change anything. Depending on where you live in the US or Canada, you may have more rights under local law. Nothing here takes those away.
Keeping It Safe
Our forms send your information over an encrypted connection. We limit who on our team can see it. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Children
This site is for adult drivers and for tow companies. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
