See your driver before they arrive. You get their name, photo and truck by text, and you can track your truck on a map.
Your family knows too. Give us one number, and we text them your location and arrival time.
Photo-protected tow. Before hookup, your driver photographs all 4 sides of your vehicle. We text you the photos.
Price locked by text. You get your price by text before we dispatch. That price is the most you pay for the job. If the job changes, we text a new price first and you decide.
Never stranded after. Ride along in the truck when it's safe and allowed, or we help you get a ride. We also point you to a good repair shop.

The map updates as your driver moves. If their phone drops signal, you'll see the last spot we got and a fresh arrival time. Nothing to download.

Are you the company that tows my car?
No. Sentinel Towing is a network. We answer your call, text your price and send a vetted local partner tow company. They do the tow. We stay with you by text and hold them to your locked price.
How much does a tow cost?
It depends on where you are, where the car needs to go, what you drive and what went wrong. That's why we don't post a price here. On the call, we get those details and text you a price before anyone is sent. If the bill comes out higher, you pay the texted price.
How long until the truck gets here?
That depends on your spot and which trucks are free, so we won't guess on a web page. Once a partner takes your job, we text you an arrival time. Your tracking link keeps it fresh as the driver moves.
Do you cover my area?
We're signing up partner tow companies across the US and Canada, city by city. Call us. If we have a partner near you, we'll send them. If we don't yet, we'll say so right away, so you can call someone else fast.
Do I have to sign up for texts?
No. Texts are optional. They're how most of the promise reaches you, like the driver card and the photos. If you'd rather not get texts, we'll check in and give you updates by phone.
You're new. Why should I trust you?
Fair question. We don't have years of reviews, and we won't fake any. So we put it in writing instead. Your price is locked by text. You see your driver before they arrive. And your car is photographed on all four sides before hookup.
